We Provide:

  • 3 hours of play on our high speed gaming computers
  • 100 games to chose from – play the same game or different games during party
  • Each PC station has keyboard, mouse, gaming controller, headset and an adjustable gaming chair
  • Each player is guaranteed 2 slices of Pizza
    (5-8 players = 2 pizzas, 9-12 players = 3 pizzas, and so on)
  • OPTIONAL – EXTRA PIZZAS are $17
  • Each player gets One Soda or other Soft Drink
  • Party Table is yours for the whole 3 hours the players are gaming
  • Party Table is NOT in a private party room
  • There could be another party occurring that overlaps your party
  • Each party has their own foot party table
  • Larger parties have more tables put together

You may bring:

  • Your own cake or cupcakes, which must be eaten at the party table
    (the icing gets into our gear and headset mouthpieces!)
  • Cake cutter, candles, and lighter
  • Table decorations are allowed, but not necessary
  • Balloons are welcome!

    • large and small
    • paper plates

Please do not bring:

  • NO outside food or drink other than Cake and Water
  • NO bubble makers, party poppers or confetti of any kind
  • NO decorations for the walls
  • NO tape on any walls, tables or PC equipment
  • We do NOT have a freezer for your use, so Ice Cream not a good idea
  • Fire-type Pokemon, Portal Guns, Plasma Grenades, or Lightsabers. 

How to Book

  • We will find a date and time that works for you and your group
  • A $50 Non-Refundable deposit is required thru Stripe (for no-shows or cancellations)
  • The $50 deposit is deducted from the total cost the day of your party
  • If your party needs to be rebooked on another day, your $50 deposit goes with you
  • Pay for your party the day of your party with cash, credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay

The Day Before Your Birthday Party

  • Sue will text you to get final headcount 
  • Confirm your headcount, which determines included pizzas
  • You pick your final pizza toppings (any 2 toppings for each pizza)
  • Let Sue know if you want any extra pizzas for your party
  • Pizzas are ordered the day before

The Big Day!

  • Arrive a couple minutes early with your cake
  • Players create an Esports Cave userid (IF they have not been there before)
  • Players can start playing (usually on the party room PCs)
  • Pizza and Soda is served to the players AT the PC stations
  • About an hour before party ends, call players to table to have CAKE or cupcakes
  • (good time to sing Happy Birthday and take a photo of everyone)
  • If you confirmed 9-12 players, and only 7 show up, you do not pay for missing players, 
  • BUT you will be charged the $17 for the extra pizza that was ordered for the 9-12 players
  • Same for any number you confirm, if it drops below the pizza headcount (this is fair to parents and to us)
  • Your invoice will be presented to you about 30 minutes before your party ends
  • If you’re feeling generous, tip the great staff that helped make your birthday special!
