Mortal Kombat 12 has been confirmed to release this year in a recent announcement from Warner Bros. Discovery. A clip from a recent earnings call shows Andrew Slabin, Warner Bros. Discovery’s executive vice president of global investor strategy, confirming Mortal Kombat 12 to release this year. Until now, news on the next installment for the franchise has been little to none. Although with this clip passing around throughout Twitter, it seems like the cat is already out of the bag. Mortal Kombat 12 is yet to be officially announced. not much is known on the game. It’s safe to say though, 2023 is shaping up to be an important year for fighting games.
Mortal Kombat & other Fighting Games in 2023
Fans of the fighting game genre already know Warner Bros will deliver an intense gaming experience. However, Mortal Kombat is not the only fighting game we’ll see this year.
